SouthernSurvivors DayZ
Every DayZ server has its story... But we got our own and what we want to offer is a modded DayZ community server but not looking like some of those who has too boosted loot and that just makes the game feel "Unrealistic". We are the exact opposite of a "Unrealistic" experience on DayZ. We are here to give you a slightly boosted loot economy with groups and event mods such as King of the Hill, Keycard rooms, Bunkers and more... Server is 24/7 raiding but ofcourse it comes with fair rules. We are a open community, we welcome everyone who is new and we have same rules for everyone no matter position/role in our community. DayZ community servers has to start to be fair to their members supporting the server and that is what we want to fullfil! We are always open for suggestions and listen closely to our beloved members and treat then with same respect as anyone else. Altough we are being so open for everyone there is a price. The price is that you follow our rules since we wont be doing any exceptions for anyone.

Rules
1 -Any new players must change their in-game name from Survivor to something in your liking. Players named Survivor in-game will be kicked.
2 -Support is only available through tickets. If you have a issue make a ticket
3 -If you encounter a bug, please log out & back in, this will usually fix most bugs. If not you can post the bug in fast support
4-English only in-game and in discord except the team-up
5 -Please stick to the chat rooms in Discord for example posting media and images are only allowed in server-screenshots & memes-and-gifs
6 -No advertising or spam in any channel
7 -Do not call out people for hackers, if you suspect a hacker please submit a ticket.
8 -Do not spread out false information about the server. All info can be found in Discord about its wipes and more.
9 -5 Warnings in Discord will result in a tempban for 2 hours and after 2 hours are you allowed back in.
10 -WE DO NOT TOLERATE
• Racism
• Sexism
• Deplorable text/voice chat
• Doxing
• Admin Impersonation
• Stream Sniping
• Combat Logging
• Alternate Accounts (including sharing friends accounts)
• Glitching
• Duping
• Hacking
• Use of 3rd party software or file alteration to remove grass/trees/bushes etc
• Use of in-game bugs to your advantage
• Pornographic content

BREAKING ANY GENERAL RULES WILL RESULT IN PUNISHMENT
1 -Losing items from dropping on ground due to server restarts, desync, bugged items will not be refunded.
2 -We are being mature here so the understanding of trash talks and general insults is understanding. However repeated insulting of others players can be resulted in a punishment.
3 -Impersonation is not allowed, players may not change their in-game name to pretend like another player.
4 -Combat logging is strictly forbidden. Once being shot at or you entering combat, you are not allowed to log out for 15 minutes.
5 -Having alliances with other groups is allowed but you're not allowed to raid a base together since it would not be fair for the target.
6 -Meta gaming is not allowed this includes telling others about base locations and so on.
7 -Using any glitches or bugs will result in a punishment and a warning at first. Second time is a permanent ban. This includes Moonwalking in combat, duping and so on.
​BASES MAY NOT BLOCK ACCESS TO WATERPUMPS
1 -Shooting out of your base is allowed but the other player MUST be able to get a shot at you also
(you cant block the sights into your base and only you can see out, this is forbidden)
2 -You may not build a base inside:
• Military Zones
• Fire Stations
• Medical Buildings / Hospitals
• Castles
• Hunting Cabins (in military zones)
• Police stations.
3 -Bases may be built on lakes/rivers/ponds but must have foot access from the ground to a raid-able entrance.
4 -Bases built must not exceed 6x6x4.
5 -Bases may not have floating, unsupported sections.
6 -You cannot dismantle and rebuild parts of your base each time you use it so that only you have access to that area.
7 -Every room and all loot in your base must be accessible via a door whilst on foot.
8 -You may not shoot at or have open lines of sight to military areas, in-game events or key card rooms from your base.
Towers are allowed but may not have windows facing these areas.
9 -No locking tents with walls/gates. These will be deleted without warning.
10 -You're allowed maximum of 3 cars in your base
11 -Building bases blocking roads, roadblocks this includes the whole map.
12 -Underground bases must get a approval from a admin before its being built.
13 -Logging out in enemy bases is not allowed and will result you losing your items.

24/7 RAIDING MAKE SURE TO FOLLOW THE RULES DURING RAID!
1 -Once a raid has been started players are not allowed to build anything new in 30 minutes. The 30 minute times restarts everytime a door or gate gets destroyed.
2 -Its the players responsibility to keep track of that 30 minutes and not admins.
3 -A player is not allowed to log out with its most valuable items to save it from the raid.
4 -Players are not allowed to intentionally ruin their own loot during a raid.
5 -Griefing is strictly forbidden (destroying the players items & loot when raiding)
6 -Once you have raided you’re not allowed to raid same base for 24 hours.
7 -Only door raiding. This includes Garage doors aswell.
8 -When you have raided or been raided you’re not allowed to log out for 30 minutes and it’s your responsibility to keep in track of the timer.
9 -You are **REQUIRED** to clip/record your raids because if someone makes a ticket against you its best to be able to provide evidence.
